The 15th Brigade and the STARFLEET Marine Corps are a sub-culture of STARFLEET International.  As such, to be a member of the 15th Brigade, one must be a member-in-good-standing with STARFLEET International.  The link above will take you to www.sfi.org, the STARFLEET International official website.  From there you can get more information on STARFLEET as a whole organization and sign-up for STARFLEET membership.  Membership in STARFLEET International includes access to the STARFLEET Marines, should you choose to join us or any of the other official sub-cultures of STARFLEET.
